1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Zenith AMS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Zenith AMS is a cloud-based association management platform that provides tools for membership management, financial operations, elections, event management, and organizational governance. The Platform is provided on a subscription basis with varying feature tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to interfere with other users' access, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith AMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
