Customizing Member Profile Fields
How to add, edit, and organize custom profile fields for your members.

Zenith AMS allows you to fully customize the member profile questionnaire with fields specific to your association.
Adding profile fields

Navigate to Profile Fields
In the admin panel, go to Settings → Profile Fields.

Click Add Field
Click Add Field to open the field creation form.

Configure the field
Set the field label, type (text, number, date, select, URL, etc.), whether it's required, and whether it's publicly visible in the member directory.

Assign to a group
Optionally assign the field to a group (e.g., 'Professional Information' or 'Emergency Contact') to organize the profile form.

Save
Save the field. It immediately appears on member profile pages.
Tip: Keep required fields to a minimum. Too many required fields can slow down onboarding and frustrate members.
