How does billing work?
Zenith AMS subscriptions are billed annually. You pay for the full year upfront and have access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available in the admin panel under Settings → Billing. You can download any past invoice as a PDF.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — there are no refunds for unused time. To cancel, contact our support team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All new associations start on a free trial that includes access to core modules. The trial runs for 14 days, after which you'll need to select a paid plan to continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money through Paystack. Payment methods may vary by country.
