How to create and participate in polls and quick opinion surveys.
Polls are a lightweight way to gather member opinion on any topic — without the complexity of a full election.
Creating a poll (admins)
Navigate to Polls
In the admin panel, click Polls.
Create new poll
Click Add Poll and enter the question and answer options.
Set duration
Set the start and end date for the poll.
Publish
Publish the poll. Members will see it in their portal and can vote immediately.
Participating in a poll (members)
Active polls appear in the Polls & Surveys section of the portal. Click a poll to view the question and options, make your selection, and submit. Results are shown in real-time after voting.
