What reports are available, who can access them, and how to navigate the reports section.

Zenith AMS provides reporting tools for both members and administrators, giving visibility into the association's financial health, member engagement, and event performance.
Reports available to members
- Financial Summary — income, expenses, and net position
- Dues Collection Overview — total collected vs. outstanding
- Member Analytics — membership growth and tier breakdown
- Event Analytics — attendance and registration trends
Admin-only reports
- Detailed Dues Collection — per-member breakdown
- Overdue Members — complete list of members with unpaid balances
- Collection Forecast — projected income based on outstanding dues
- Member Statements — individual full financial ledger
- Advanced Member Analytics — demographics, retention, and activity data
Note: To access admin-level reports, you need at least Viewer role access in the admin panel. Account Officers and above have full report access.
