How do I get started?
Visit zenithams.com and click Get Started. The registration wizard guides you through creating your association and admin account in about 5 minutes. You'll start with a 14-day free trial.
Can one user belong to multiple associations?
Yes. A single Zenith AMS account can be associated with as many organizations as needed. You can switch between associations from within the portal without logging out.
Is Zenith AMS available on mobile?
The member portal at app.zenithams.com is fully responsive and works on all modern browsers on mobile, tablet, and desktop. There is no separate mobile app required.
Where is my association's data stored?
All data is stored securely in the cloud with regular backups. Your association's data is completely isolated from other associations on the platform — Zenith AMS is a multi-tenant system built with strict data separation.
Can I migrate data from my current system?
Yes. You can import your existing member database via the CSV import feature. Contact our team if you need assistance migrating complex data from another platform.
