How Zenith AMS protects your data and your members' privacy.
How is my data secured?
All data transmitted between your browser and Zenith AMS is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive data such as passwords is hashed using industry-standard algorithms — plain-text passwords are never stored.
Who can see my members' data?
Member data is only accessible to authorized members of that specific association and to Zenith AMS support staff when needed to resolve support issues. Data is never shared with third parties or other associations on the platform.
Are payments secure?
Payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Zenith AMS does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment data — Paystack handles all card processing securely.
Can I delete my association's data?
Yes. Association administrators can request full data deletion by contacting our support team. Data will be permanently removed within 30 days of the verified request.
