Cannot Access a Module or Feature
Why you might see a padlock on a module and how to unlock it.
If you see a padlock icon on a module in the portal sidebar, the module is either locked due to your association's subscription plan, or restricted by your membership role.
Module locked by subscription
Advanced modules — Elections, Committees, Gallery, Learning Center, Polls, Projects, and Work Profiles — require an eligible subscription plan. If your association is on the Starter plan, these modules will be locked.
Contact your association administrator to upgrade the subscription plan. Once upgraded, the modules unlock immediately for all members.
Restricted by your role
Some admin-only features are restricted based on your role in the association. For example, only Account Officers and above can access financial management features in the admin panel.
