Can't Log In — Troubleshooting Login Problems
Fix common login issues including wrong password, unverified email, and suspended accounts.
If you can't log in to the Zenith AMS member portal or admin panel, work through these common causes.
Incorrect email or password
Double-check that you're using the correct email address — the one you registered with or were invited on. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you're unsure, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
Email not verified
If you haven't verified your email, some actions may be restricted. Check your inbox (including spam) for a verification email from Zenith AMS and click the link inside.
Account suspended
If your membership status is Suspended, you may not be able to access certain portal features. Contact your association administrator to resolve this.
No association visible after login
If you log in and don't see any association to select, it means your account hasn't been linked to an association yet. Check if you received an invitation email. If you did, make sure you clicked the accept link in that email.
Can't access the admin panel
Admin panel access is restricted to members with roles that grant it (Administrator, Manager, Account Officer, Editor, Contributor, or Viewer). If your role is Member, you can only access the member portal at app.zenithams.com.
