Not Receiving Emails from Zenith AMS
Troubleshooting missing invitation emails, password reset emails, and notifications.
If you're not receiving emails from Zenith AMS (invitations, password resets, notifications), try these steps.
Check your spam or junk folder
Emails from automated systems sometimes land in spam. Search your spam folder for 'zenithams' or 'noreply'. If you find our email there, mark it as Not Spam to ensure future emails land in your inbox.
Confirm the correct email address
Make sure the email address in your Zenith AMS profile exactly matches the address you're checking. Log in to the portal, go to My Profile, and verify your email address.
Resend the email
For invitation emails, your association admin can resend the invitation from the Members → Invitations panel. For verification or password reset emails, use the respective buttons on the login or account page.
